Going to attempt something pretty awesome
Starting Tuesday at midnight I am going to follow the uberman sleep pattern. I will try to blog about my progress every so often as I will have the extra time to do so. I mean I mind as well write something after every nap or so. I would get an additional like 5 hours everyday to do whatever. I'm hoping that my dreams will become more vivid and intense. The best with doing the uberman is when I have to work and I have to explain to my supervisor that I will be taking an additional 5 minute break to sleep haha.
