People with super powers

I was with a group of people that had super powers. There were actually two groups, one group that posed as super heroes that had power. One group actually did have powers. Both groups were made of out of four members. The group that didn’t have super powers thought they were hot stuff so they did whatever they felt like. Now I don’t remember reasons but somehow the two groups got into a conflict, where the non super power had something of the super power group. Only two of the four people with powers actually did something. One was in this like test tube chamber thing. Which I believed had his powers stripped or something. The other one just hasn’t shown what he was able to do yet. So there was one person that had super human strength, he obtained it by an experiment gone wrong. He was completely normal looking, with some anger issues because of the altering of genes. It was more so whenever he started using his strength he would lose control and go berserk. When he got into fights he would pick people up and throw them, one hit ko punch people, break limbs and so on. The other person manipulated time a bit. I remember the other group had this special ball that they threw at people and would the victim a lot. When they threw it at the guy that could manipulate time he ended up using it against them. I remember they would throw it at him, then it would disappear, then him telling them that it was going to hit them in whatever spot he chose. I also remember they were kidnapping this one girl by freezing her (not actually freezing her, but like paused her) then relocating her and setting up paths for her to get super powers. The girl knew what was going on, she actually had a plan to try to trick them into getting her super powers. It just so happened that they targeted her first. So she played along as if she didn’t know what was happening just so she could obtain super powers. She would come back into consciousness in random spots, and just know to do something while the other two super power people watched. I can’t remember any more of it, it’s all pretty vague. In this dream I kind of the spectator of the whole thing.
