Everything was going good... until now
Everything was going fine for the uberman until I went for my 20 minute nap at 4am last night. I laid around in bed for 15 minutes and because I couldn't get to sleep I reset my alarms an additional 20 minutes to get that 20 minute nap. I got to sleep alright, thing was I turned off my alarms and continued to sleep... for 8 hours. I slept a total of about 16 hours since I woke up on Monday until now. Which isn't that bad. Yesterday I was losing track of time and days slightly already. I forgotten to take a shower yesterday, and almost forgot the day before as well. I've decided to not attempt the Uberman again tonight, but instead do the Everyman 4-nap. How my schedule will work is 5:30-7 core sleep. First nap at noon and every 4 hours until midnight. I found that I had too much time with the uberman as well. So I might just stick with the everyman if all goes well.
